Let Healthy Be The Norm

March is recognized as Autoimmune Disease Awareness Month. This month I reflect on my journey with Hashimoto's Disease after my diagnosis seven years ago.

I was suffering with body aches and pains that made it difficult to get off the couch, unsightly swelling in my face, belly distention, brain fogginess, migraines, extreme fatigue and feeling like I was drugged most days TO....regaining my health, energy and happiness using the power of food as medicine and practical lifestyle choices.

So, I still have Hashimoto's, I am not cured. But, each day I wake up and make deliberate choices that lead me to a path of sustained health instead of those that will fuel my disease.

If you are suffering from symptoms of an autoimmune disease or have received a diagnosis, don't lose hope! Your disease doesn't have to be your destiny.

If you don't know where to begin, then let's talk.

My mission is to provide as many people with the help and resources they need that will lead them to living their healthiest, happiest lives!

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

To your health & happiness,

xoxo

Amy
