A decadent treat for the weekend or any day! With just a few simple ingredients, go ahead and indulge!
Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana
4-5 large egg whites
2 TB chia seeds
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 TB water or unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Blend in a blender, use extra virgin olive oil cooking spray and heat about 2 minutes each side, they will fluff up. Top with your favorite fruit, nut butter or Grade A maple syrup. Enjoy!
