It's game day and one of the BIGGEST food events of the year! I love this simple, easy, no bake, chocolate chip cookie ball that will leave you and your guests with as much energy as those players!
Ingredients:
1 c old fashioned gluten free oats
1 c toasted coconut flakes
1/2 c dark chocolate chips (mine are gluten, dairy, and soy free)
1/2 c ground flax seed
1/2 c raw almond butter
1/3 c honey
Directions:
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Roll into balls (may require a wet hand to stick the balls together more easily) Enjoy!
